Systems Engineer

Engraphix Imaging Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer experienced in EDM software. This position will work directly with our professional services and sales teams, as well as with customers at their location. Support will include pre and post sale as well as installation. Considered candidates will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Certified Professional
  • 3-5 years experience of ECM software implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Workstation operating systems
  • VB scripting experience
  • MS .net experience
  • Strong analytical background
  • Will be handling pre-sale and post-sale application and support
  • Must have professional appearance and the ability to interact with customers at all levels

Preferred Candidates will also have at least one of:

  • MS SharePoint certification
  • OnBase Installer / API certified
  • Kofax KTM certified
  • FileBound experience / certification
  • Artsyl DocAlpha experience / certification
  • Prior experience with workflow analysis and design
